ေပါက္စီ လုပ္နည္း

Ingredients
1 pckt of dry yeast
1 cup of luke warm water
4.5 cup of flour
0.25 cup of sugar
2 table spoon of Veg oil
.5 cup of boiling water
2 table spoon of sesame oil

Steps
Dissolve yeast in luke-warm water.
After completion of reaction (about 20-30 min) add 1 cup of flour, mix thoroughly.
Cover with cloth or plastic.
Let rise 1 hour or until bubbles appear.
Dissolve sugar, Veg Oil in .5 cup boiling water well, wait for lukewarm.
Then pour it into yeast mixture and add 3.5 cup of flour.
Knead the dough on lightly floured mat.
Keep in warm place and cover with damp cloth.
Let rise until double in size.(about 1 - 2 hr)
Divide into two portion and knead each for about 2 mins.
Roll each into 12 inches long and 2 inches wide.
Cut into 12 picese from one portion, so altogether 24 pcs.
roll into 3 in circle, brush with sesame oil fold as you like.
put in a tray and cover with damp towel.
let rise double in size.
Steam over briskly boiling water for 10 min.
